Infrastructure as code
Servers, networks, identities and whole environments described in code and versioned in Git. Repeatable, auditable, no clicking in the portal.
What we do
- Describe your infrastructure in code (Terraform, Pulumi or Bicep) and store it in your repository.
- Set up a pipeline that first shows every change (plan) and applies it after approval. Production never changes silently.
- Split the code into modules so a new environment or service is assembled from ready-made building blocks.
- Introduce rules and policies as code so nothing dangerous or needlessly expensive can be deployed by accident.
What you get
- Repeatability. Dev, test and production are identical because they come from the same code.
- An audit trail. Every change has an author, a review and a reason. Useful for audits, ISO and NIS2.
- Speed. A new environment for a customer, branch or test in minutes instead of days.
- Independence. The code is yours. Anyone who knows Terraform can read it, and you’re not tied to us or to a single employee.
How we work
We first map the current state and agree on what makes sense to convert and in what order. The conversion is done without downtime: existing resources are imported, nothing is torn down and rebuilt. At the end, your team is able to make changes on its own.
Typical engagements
Scope and price are agreed upfront. Most engagements fit into days and weeks, not months.
Bringing an existing environment into code
Scope: 2–6 weeksWe map what you have and move it into Terraform or Pulumi without downtime. From then on, changes go through pull requests, not the portal.
Modules and templates for your team
Scope: 2–3 weeksReusable modules for what you build repeatedly. A new application, database or environment in minutes, always following the same rules.
Workshop and handover
Scope: 2 daysHands-on training for your team on your own code. How to write changes, how to review them and how to deploy them without fear.
Other services
Cloud: architecture, migration and cost
Design and build of environments in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, migration of existing systems and a clear view of where your cloud money goes.
Service detailsCI/CD and deployment automation
Your application builds, tests and deploys itself. To dev, test and production, without manual steps or late-night deployments.
Service detailsKubernetes: adoption, upgrades and operations
Your applications on AKS, EKS or GKE. Step by step, with GitOps, monitoring and a runbook for every service.
Service detailsDevSecOps and infrastructure security
Security built into the cloud and the pipeline, not bolted on afterwards. Including the technical preparation for NIS2.
Service detailsOperations and monitoring: DevOps as a service
Monitoring, updates, patching and incident response for a monthly fee. A senior engineer part-time instead of a whole team.
